WHAT TO EXPECT
With over 30 games ranging from fun games for kids to intense training applications for sports like tennis and soccer, there is plenty to choose from. Our friendly staff will walk you through selecting and switching between games.
Once you know your way around our Active Zone, the ball is in your court. Our experienced and friendly team is available if you have any questions, ensuring you make the most out of your Active Zone experience.

Not to worry, our friendly and expert staff will be there to guide you through how to use our interactive sports wall.
Although it's very intuitive to use our Active Zone, but our staff will be at hand if you have any questions about using our sports wall.
Active Zone is a live experience - like a cinema or theatre - and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept requests to refund for cancellations. However, we do understand that sometimes customers have to reschedule their sessions.
If you choose to reschedule, email us as at bookings@vrn3xt.com and our team will do their best to reschedule your session for a more suitable slot.
Note: a 10% rescheduling fee is applicable for all customers who wish to reschedule less than 48 hours before the booking.
Under certain circumstances, we can issue store credit which you will be able to use at a later date. The amount of store credit will be equal to the amount you paid minus the rescheduling fee.
Active Zone is a social experience, and obviously, we understand if you want to enjoy a couple of drinks before you come. However, please remember too much alcohol and Sports do not mix very well.
To make your experience smooth and enjoyable and protect your group from unnecessary incidents, we recommend coming as sober as possible. Our team members would be most delighted to recommend some great bars and restaurants nearby for a drink after the experience for a post-activity debrief over a drink or four!
We also have a strict no drugs, no smoking and no vaping/e-cigarette policy. Given the nature of the activity, if our staff believe that you are intoxicated to play, we cancel your booking for your safety and the safety of our staff and other customers.

There is no age limit for Active Zone and we welcome, neigh encourage, gamers of all ages to get on their feet and get moving.
Players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Don't worry; there are no extra charges for the accompanying adult if they don't join in the activities.
