Session info & FAQs
Here is what you need to know before you book your next session.
Yes. In order to ensure everyone is able to enjoy the activities comfortably, the following limits are in place per package:

Package 1 - Maximum 15 participants.
-
Package 2 - Maximum 15 participants.
-
Package 3 - Maximum 30 participants.
-
Private Hire - Maximum 60 participants (indicative).
Customers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Don't worry, there are no extra charges for the accompanying adult.
Each party booking is split into two parts:

Play: this is where participants enjoy the selected activities in small groups.
-
Party: this is where you can celebrate with your party in our cafe area.

The length of the Play and Party sessions are described under each package above.
Let's get the party going ...
In order to ensure your session runs smoothly we request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your session.

On arrival:

Check-in at the reception,
-
Ensure you complete the necessary waivers for our VR Arcade and Airsoft range.

Your dedicated Party Host will be there to guide you through everything.
​
Note: We are a book-to-play venue, so please make sure all your guests arrive on time. The Play sessions will begin and end as per the designated times.
Once a booking is confirmed, we cannot accept requests for cancellations. However, we do understand that sometimes customers have to reschedule their parties.
If you choose to reschedule, email us at bookings@vrn3xt.com and our team will do their best to reschedule your session for a more suitable slot.

Note: a 20% rescheduling fee is applicable for all customers who wish to reschedule less than 72 hours before the booking.
​
Under certain circumstances, we can issue a store credit which you will be able to use at a later date. The store credit amount will equal the amount you paid minus the rescheduling fee.
We are a family-friendly space, therefore no alcohol is served at our parties.
​
However, we do allow alcohol for parties and events as part of our Private Hire package.
