Here are some of the commonly asked questions.
There is no age limit for Ping Pong and we welcome, neigh encourage, gamers of all ages but given the complexity of the game we suggest ages of 8+.

Players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Don't worry; there are no extra charges for the accompanying adult if they don't join in the activities.
Don't worry if you're new to Ping Pong. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be there to guide you through the basics and give you some helpful tips to get started.

While we'll do our best to assist you, Ping Pong is a game of skill that comes with practice. It's all about enjoying the process of learning and improving at your own pace. Remember, every expert was once a beginner. We're here to support you on your Ping Pong journey and ensure you have a fantastic time playing and learning.
Once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept requests to refund for cancellations. However, we do understand that sometimes customers have to reschedule their sessions.
If you choose to reschedule, email us as at bookings@vrn3xt.com and our team will do their best to reschedule your session for a more suitable slot.

Note: a 10% rescheduling fee is applicable for all customers who wish to reschedule less than 48 hours before the booking.
Under certain circumstances, we can issue store credit which you will be able to use at a later date. The amount of store credit will be equal to the amount you paid minus the rescheduling fee.
Ping Pong is a social experience, and obviously, we understand if you want to enjoy a couple of drinks before you come. However, please remember too much alcohol and Sports do not mix very well.
To make your experience smooth and enjoyable and protect your group from unnecessary incidents, we recommend coming as sober as possible. Our team members would be most delighted to recommend some great bars and restaurants nearby for a drink after the experience for a post-activity debrief over a drink or four!
We also have a strict no drugs, no smoking and no vaping/e-cigarette policy. Given the nature of the activity, if our staff believe that you are intoxicated to play, we cancel your booking for your safety and the safety of our staff and other customers.
