Here is what you need to know before you book your next session.
We believe that VR should be for everyone, however, due to the size of the headset we do not usually recommend the experience for customers younger than 11 years.
Customers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Don't worry, there are no extra charges for the accompanying adult.
Please note, certain games have their own age recommendations. To find out more please visit our VR Games place and look out for the Age rating.

In your VR Arcade session, you will have access to our extensive games library so you will be free to explore as many of our games and experiences as you like. Play it Solo or with friends in our multiplayer games. For longer experiences, simply book multiple slots.
The games are accessed through a self-guided library and each game comes with a mini tutorial to make sure you know your way around the game.

Try a 30 min taster session
VR is a live experience - like a cinema or theatre - and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept requests to refund for cancellations. However, we do understand that sometimes customers have to reschedule their sessions.
If you choose to reschedule, email us as at bookings@vrn3xt.com and our team will do their best to reschedule your session for a more suitable slot.
Note: a 10% rescheduling fee is applicable for all customers who wish to reschedule less than 48 hours before the booking.
Under certain circumstances, we can issue store credit which you will be able to use at a later date. The amount of store credit will be equal to the amount you paid minus the rescheduling fee.
VR Arcade is a social experience and obviously, we understand if you want to enjoy a couple of drinks before you come. However, please remember, too much alcohol and VR do not mix very well.
Therefore, to make your experience smooth and enjoyable and protect your group from unnecessary incidents, we recommend coming as sober as possible. Our team members would be most delighted to recommend some great bars and restaurants nearby for a drink after the experience!
We also have a strict no drugs, no smoking and no vaping/e-cigarette policy.
If our staff believe that you are too intoxicated to play, for your safety and the safety of other customers, we may ask you to reschedule your booking.
